Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect on monkeyprorider.com, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

The tours, rides and memberships of MPR MONKEYPRORIDER L'ASSOCIATION are managed on association.monkeyprorider.com: the association is then solely responsible for the data collected, under its own privacy policy (in French).

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not make any automated decisions about you.
3. Recipients and service providers
Your data is used by FULLBIZ and passed on, only for the purposes described above, to our technical service providers:
- website hosting: LWS (France);
- online payment: WooPayments (Stripe), which processes your bank details directly;
- WordPress website tools: WooCommerce (orders), WPForms and Forminator (forms), Jetpack (statistics and security, Automattic), Complianz (cookie management);
- email and documents: Google (Gmail, Google Drive / Sheets);
- WhatsApp button and maps: WhatsApp (Meta) if you click the button, Google Maps if you accept its display;
- circuits and track-day organisers: participants' names and the information needed for their welcome and insurance;
- authorities, upon legal request.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers (notably Google, Automattic, Meta and Stripe) may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it, or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (in particular to marketing, without having to give a reason), as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set instructions regarding your data after your death.
To exercise them: monkeyprorider@gmail.com or by post to FULLBIZ's registered office. We reply within one month. Every news email contains an unsubscribe link.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
You can also register free of charge on Bloctel, the French telephone marketing opt-out list (bloctel.gouv.fr).
6. Cookies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or configure non-essential cookies (audience measurement, third-party content such as maps or videos). You can change your choice at any time via the cookie management link. Details of the cookies are given in the cookie policy in the banner.
7. Security
The website is protected by an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and appropriate security measures. Access to data is limited to the people who need it.
