MOTORCYCLE TRACK COACHING

Progress with one-to-one coaching

Whether you are discovering the track or looking to improve your performance, motorcycle track coaching helps you progress faster with individual support. Each session is adapted to your level, your goals and your pace, so you develop your riding technique safely.

AT A GLANCE

A coaching day alternates workshops in the paddock with practice on track, with the coach's advice live over the intercom. Track-day entries (yours and the coach's) are booked separately, with the event organiser. Booking is made in our online shop, which is in French: if you need help, email us at monkeyprorider@gmail.com.

WHY CHOOSE MOTORCYCLE TRACK COACHING?

Coaching helps you progress faster thanks to a coach's outside eye, correcting bad habits before they set in.

EXPERT ADVICE: PREPARING YOUR COACHING DAY

A track coaching day is prepared a few days in advance. Here is the coach's advice to arrive in the best conditions and make the most of every session.

CHECK YOUR GEAR

Leathers, a full-face helmet, motorcycle gloves and boots are essential, along with a back protector. Check the circuit's requirements before coming; if you don't have the gear, talk to the coach.

PREPARE YOUR MOTORCYCLE

Tyres in good condition, brake pads and fluid checked, no leaks: a healthy motorcycle is the first condition for a stress-free day. If you would rather not use your own motorcycle, hire can be offered depending on availability.

ARRIVE RESTED AND FORGET THE STOPWATCH

Sleep well the night before, drink regularly and eat a light lunch. On track, the goal is precision, not speed: speed comes by itself once the technique is in place.

ONE INSTRUCTION AT A TIME

While riding, focus on the exercise of the moment: the coach guides you live over the intercom, there is no need to fix everything at once.

LOOK FAR AHEAD

Your eyes guide the motorcycle: look towards the exit of the bend rather than just in front of the wheel. It is one of the first points worked on during the coaching.

DEBRIEF BETWEEN SESSIONS

Use the breaks in the paddock to talk with the coach about what worked and the goal of the next session.

FAQ: MOTORCYCLE TRACK COACHING

Do I need previous track experience?

No. The coaching is designed precisely for riders discovering the track as well as those who want to improve.

Do I need to bring my own motorcycle?

No. If you don't have a suitable motorcycle, hire options can be offered depending on availability.

Is the coaching one-to-one?

Coaching is done in a very small group: 1 to 3 riders maximum, beginners or of the same level. The support remains personal, to best match your goals and your level.

Can I give coaching as a gift?

Yes, track coaching makes an excellent gift for any motorcycle enthusiast who wants to progress.

How long does it take to progress?

Every rider progresses at their own pace. From the very first day, most notice a better understanding of lines, braking and their position on the motorcycle.

Does coaching improve safety?

Yes. Better riding technique leads to more precise, smoother and better-controlled actions, on track as well as in motorcycling in general.

How much does motorcycle track coaching cost?

Coaching costs €700 for 1 rider, €1,200 for 2 riders and €1,500 for 3 riders. Riders in the same coaching group must be beginners or of the same level. Track-day entries are not included: yours and the coach's are booked with the event organiser.

Which circuits does the coaching take place on?

Mainly at the Pôle Mécanique in Alès and the Lédenon circuit, as well as in Spain, in Barcelona or Alcarràs. Other circuits are possible on request.
